While I like my apartment, the radiator makes the place painfully hot and there is no way to turn it off. The hallways are always a furnace and now they’ve added a rule where they return mail after a week. While this would have been semi-okay if they told us when packages were here; they don’t do that. So if you did not order the package yourself you would have no way of knowing if something was here.

Maintenance takes forever to come and it takes around 3-4 times before they even show up. Both me and my roommate put in a request because there was a bedbug in our house and even though this could be a severe case no one has come/followed up. I had a problem with my portal and I’ve gone to management around 6 times and every time they act helpful but never follow through. Adding onto this, the water has randomly turned brown even if a water shutoff isn’t occurring and the water is often cold when I try to take a shower even at a normal time. I moved to Baltimore about two weeks ago and decided to take my time finding a place.

Worst place I have ever lived, and this is coming from a third world communist country. Shower temperatures fluctuate drastically, one minute it's piping hot the next it's freezing cold. It's almost as if this apartment building is targeted for crime -- I have friends in other apartments in the neighborhood and they don't have security issues at all. The building itself seems to be regularly broken into, and occasionally individuals' units will be broken into. Everyone is expected to just pile their trash into a room, so it gets disgusting pretty quickly. The trash is then taken to dumpsters right outside the building.

This was my first apartment experience, and I was very pleased. The rent was a little higher than I had hoped, but there are many factors that help balance this out. First, I always feel safe both in my building and 4 blocks in any direction. The staff are all incredibly friendly and were always happy to help.
